QUANTUM THEORY OF TIME
Ricardo J Cergneux - ricardocergneux@gmail.com - December 22, 2021 This "Quantum Theory of Time" is based on a new concept of collective, simultaneous Universal Delay. Delay is understood as what we must expect between an Initial Instant and a Final Instant. The Instant is defined by everything that exists simultaneously in its stationary position within universal space. When a quantum motion of a Planck Longitude occurs anywhere, a new Universal Instant occurs, and the previous one no longer exists. That is an advance of the present, which we can call the Universal Now. For the same Universal Delay, our clocks measure different times from different places, influenced by Special and General Relativity, or by measuring events in the past of the Observable Universe.
